Our more than 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space includes a ballroom, 3 separate meeting rooms, including a state-of-the-art executive board room and a lakeside tent perfect for social functions.
The Woodlands Ballroom is the perfect place to hold a wedding reception, class reunion, or a large training session as it can be broken into 5 separate rooms. This room is 5,162 square feet and can comfortably hold events up to 400, depending on set up needs. The Pre-Function area outside The Woodlands Ballroom provides even more space to utilize for social events such as hosted bars, and hors d'oeuvres or booth space for trade shows or conventions.
Fortune Bay also has two separate meeting rooms that can accommodate smaller groups in our Spruce room to 50 in our Sumac room.
The Executive Board Room is a spacious conference room overlooking our pool. This room features a built in LCD projector and screen. This room comfortably fits 14 around the large executive table, but also has seating around the perimeter of the room.
Our Lakeside Tent is the perfect setting for an evening reception or a one-of-a-kind lunch or dinner.
