CASINO INFORMATION
- Management has the right to refuse service to any guest. A valid government-issued photo ID is required while a guest is on the premises.
- No weapons are allowed, including those by persons with a permit to conceal and carry.
- Firearms must be checked into the gun safe.
- Smoking is not allowed in designated non-smoking areas, including restaurants, bathrooms and all hotel public spaces.
- No outside food or beverages may be brought into the casino and no beverage containers containing alcohol may leave the building.
- Appropriate clothing, including shoes and shirt, is required to enter the property. Transparent or excessively revealing clothing and low/saggy pants that reveal undergarments are not allowed.
- Bags, backpacks, purses and luggage are subject to search.
- No one under the age of 18 may enter the Casino gaming areas.
- As authorized by Security Management, minors who are accompanied by an adult who are over age 18 may dine in food outlets, stay in the hotel and attend shows in Woodlands Ballroom that do not have a 18+ age restriction.
- No faces may be concealed while on property.
- All guests are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner.
- No illegal, destructive, offensive or disruptive language, gesture or activity is allowed in the facility. This includes any type of theft or criminal activity. Any such activity may result in guest removal from the property, permanent restriction and/or prosecution.
- The sale/resale of any Wild Edge offers, coupons, gift certificates, promotional items, etc. is strictly prohibited.
- Over-consumption of alcohol or use of controlled/illegal substances will not be tolerated.
- No person or organization shall solicit contributions, promote products/services or distribute literature on Fortune Bay property (inside or outside) without written authorization. No unauthorized solicitation of any kind is allowed.
- Guests may not use, cash-in or take anything that does not belong to them.
- Found items should be turned in to Security. After thirty days, unclaimed items will become property of Fortune Bay Resort Casino.
- Loitering is prohibited.
- Guests may not videotape, photograph, digitally record or document activity at any time.
- Management reserves the right to restrict the use of any personal electronic communication or recording devices while on Fortune Bay property. Violators may be asked to leave the Casino and delete images.
- Computerized eyewear or other wearable computerized, internet-accessible or transmitting devices (i.e., Google Glasses) are prohibited in the Casino.
- Management is not responsible for personal property, lost, abandoned or stolen articles, or gaming devices, including game credits and tickets.
- All management decisions are final.
- Separate house rules exist for other areas of the Casino and Resort. These rules can be found on the Casino website, promotional kiosks and in their respective areas of the Casino and Resort.
- Fortune Bay Resort Casino encourages guests to gamble responsibly.
- The facility and grounds are under 24-hour live and video recorded surveillance.
- Guests can file a complaint concerning any service or activity on property by completing a customer suggestion form located at the Player’s Club or the contact us email on the Fortune Bay Resort Casino website @ fortunebay.com.
