Pre-Function Area
From 8PM – 10PM guests in costumes are invited to have their photo taken outside the Ballroom to participate in the Costume Contest! Winners will be announced on stage at 11PM
Costume Contest Rules:
- Must be a Players Club Member.
- Must be present to win.
- Participants agree to sign a photo release waiver to be awarded prizes, upon registration.
- No face coverings or masks will be allowed in the Casino.
- All participants must have all they need for costumes. No resources will be provided.
- No fake weapons, flames, or pyrotechnics.
Costume Contest Registration:
- Registration will take place in the pre-function area of the Ballroom beginning at 8 p.m.
- Participants must abide by all “Costume Contest Rules.”
- A staff member will have each guest complete their registration.
- Requested information includes Name, Name of Costume & Registration number (to be filled in by a staff member. Group costumes wishing to enter receive one registration number).
- Signature for photo release form.
- The guest then heads over to the photo area to take a photo!
- Guests who do not wish to participate in the Costume Contest are still welcome to have their photo taken; they just must sign a release form.
Prizes for the Costume contest:
- First Place: $1,500 cash!
- Second Place: $1,000 cash!
- Third Place: $500 cash!
- Fan Favorite: $500 cash!
