Casino Gaming at Fortune Bay: Slots, Tables, and More

• Any service may be refused to any guest at our choosing. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID while a guest on the premises.
• Weapons are NOT allowed, including by those who have a permit to conceal and carry. It is required that you check your firearms into the gun safe.
• Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking areas (such as bathrooms, restaurants, and all hotel public spaces).
• You cannot bring outside beverages or food into the casino, nor can you leave the building with any beverage containers.
• Shirt, shoes and appropriate clothing must be worn to enter the property. You are not allowed to wear excessively revealing or transparent clothing, nor low/saggy pants that reveal undergarments.
• Bags, backpacks, purses and luggage are subject to search. 

• Those under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering the Casino gaming areas.
• As authorized by Security Management, those under 18 who are accompanied by an adult over age 18 can stay in the hotel, dine in food outlets, attend shows without an 18+ age restriction in Woodlands Ballroom.
• No faces may be concealed while on property.
• Guests must behave in a respectful, courteous manner.
• No behavior, activity, language, or gesture that is destructive, illegal, offensive or disruptive is permitted anywhere in the facility. This includes, but not limited to, any type of theft or criminal activity. Anyone who commits such activity may be removed, permanently banned from the facility, and even prosecuted in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
• You cannot sell or resell ANY Wild Edge coupons, gift certificates, offers, promotional items, etc. under ANY circumstances.
• Excessive drinking of alcohol or use of controlled/illegal substances will not be tolerated.
• There will be NO soliciting of contributions, nor will be there any promotion of services or products anywhere on the property. Additionally, there will no distribution of literature on the gaming facility without express written authorization.
  • Guests cannot use, cash-in or take anything that is not theirs to begin with.
  • Found items should be turned in to Security. Once thirty days have passed, any unclaimed items become the property of Fortune Bay Resort Casino.

• Loitering is prohibited.
• You are not allowed to photograph, digitally record, videotape, or document any activity at any time.
• We reserve the right to limit the use of any personal electronic communication or recording devices while on Fortune Bay property. Violators of this rule may be asked to leave the Casino and delete any images taken.
• Computerized eyewear or other wearable computerized, internet-accessible or transmitting devices (i.e., Google Glasses) are not allowed within the Casino. 

• We are not responsible for personal property, lost, abandoned or stolen articles, or gaming devices, including game credits and tickets.
• Our decisions are final.
• Separate house rules exist for other areas of the Resort and Casino. You can see these rules on promotional kiosks, in respective areas of the Resort and Casino, as well as on the Casino website.
• Fortune Bay Resort Casino advises all guests to responsibly gamble.
• There is 24-hour surveillance of this entire facility and the surrounding grounds.
• You may contact Guest Services or complete a Guest Services Comment Card to file a complaint regarding any activity or service on the property.
